About Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy offers you a space to explore your life and who you are. There might be specific issues that you’d like to bring, or you might be feeling that your life doesn’t feel as comfortable or fulfilling as you’d like it to. In therapy I would seek to build a strong and trusting relationship within which you could deepen your awareness of yourself and your relationships with others. It is this growing self-awareness which is the foundation for change and growth.
